30-day money-back guarantee
- First purchase of any plan (Level 1 yearly, Level 2 monthly or yearly): full refund if you ask within 30 days of the charge, whatever the reason.
- Renewals: refundable within 30 days of the renewal charge if that cycle's credits are substantially unused. Forgot to cancel? That is exactly what this covers.
- Top-ups: refundable within 30 days if the credits have not been spent.
- The free trial needs no refund: it takes no card and never converts by itself.
We reserve the right to decline refunds where a pattern of purchasing, heavy use, and refunding amounts to abuse of the guarantee. This valve exists for that pattern only; an honest ask within 30 days gets a refund.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from your account email, or reply to the Paddle receipt that came with your purchase. Say which charge you mean; nothing else is required. We confirm within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Once issued, banks typically post the money within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund of past ones, so if you are inside the 30-day window and want the money back, say so in the same email.
